What Artemis is

Artemis is a personal assistant that its one user, Lucinda, runs on a private server she maintains herself. She talks to it through Telegram, and it carries out the requests she makes there. It is not a public service: no one else can sign up for it, and it acts only on its user's own accounts.

What it does with Google

When its user connects her Google account, Artemis can act on her behalf in these Google services:

• Gmail — read, search, label and archive her email, and write drafts or send email she asks it to.
• Google Calendar — read her calendar and create or change events on request.
• Google Drive and Docs — find and read her files and documents.

Artemis uses this access only to carry out requests its user makes. How Google data is handled, where it goes and how to revoke access are set out in the privacy policy.
